Job Requirements:

KillerStartups.com is looking for an energetic, experienced and strategically oriented General Manager to join our fast paced and rapidly growing business. The General Manager will plan, execute and coordinate a team of around 50 people to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Will have P&L responsibility for our current $1+MM annual revenue budget

- Maximize Revenues, come up with new revenue lines

- Make the operations run efficiently (mainly a content factory)

- Help grow its traffic exponentially

- Take care of forging Alliances and Partnerships

- Get Press and Blogs exposure for the website

The General Manager will have 24×7 responsibilities over Killerstartups.com (the website and the business). It means he/she will have FULL responsibility for everything related to KillerStartups.com.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years internet business experience

- Strong management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks

- Deep understanding of online advertising industry trends and business models
- 3+ years of experience developing and managing web properties

- Highly organized, with proven experience managing teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, challenge, and collaborate with his/her team

- Perfect English, written and spoken
